We went back to the beach again today.
We all wanted a repeat of yesterday’s fun.
I’ve had two days in a row of swimming & playing mermaids with my fun daughters.
Yes, we played mermaids & it reminded me how much fun it was to be a kid.
I took this photo after some swimming, some play & some food, when we were heading back into the water for the last swim of the day.
For ten years I’ve looked at Ava and seen beauty & strength.
I asked her what she was looking at when I took this photo & she answered, “I wasn’t looking at anything. I was day dreaming”.
Beaches & oceans & dolphins & mermaids.
That’s what her daydreams are made of.
