We dipped her tiny feet in these waters last Summer. This Summer she wants to run through them. So begins the delicate balance of staying close & keeping her safe while allowing her the freedom to enjoy herself. She was clutching a shell in her right hand, dipping her arms in the water then bringing them out again as she discovered the delightful business of ocean play in the Summer.
