Day 29 – January photo a day project

Frist day back to school. Pre-school and Grade 2. They were excited & little nervous about finding out who the kids in their new classes would be.
Thankfully the day went really well for both of them. Looking at this photo I am struck by how much they have both grown since Ava’s first day of school/kindergarten (link here).  There are no blonde curls at the end of her plaits. Somewhere between then & now she lost those. With each new year there’s a little gain and a little loss.
